Stephanie has over 20 years of hotel management in airport,
suburban and urban markets. She has led teams through rebranding,
renovations, and new builds, and has directed several task force
teams to improve quality scores at properties across the major brands.
Stephanie created comprehensive training manuals and is credited for
the success of manager development.
Stephanie has been recognized by
Hilton Worldwide and by the St. Louis Area Hotel Association for her
exceptional team building and guest service skills.
In her role at HHC, Stephanie mentors key team property managers
in all aspects of operations to ensure associate empowerment,
guest satisfaction, overall quality assurance, and profitable revenues.
In addition, Stephanie is the liaison between owners and property management .
